ANNOUNCEMENT

After 17 years dedicated to progress, the Bognor Regis Regeneration Board will officially close.

Established in 2007, the Board has worked collaboratively with local councils, businesses, and community organisations, achieving over £600 million in investment for Bognor Regis. From regeneration schemes such as the restoration of Hotham Park and the identification of Enterprise Bognor Regis employment zone, to enhancing Butlin’s resort and supporting the University campus. These initiatives have transformed our community into a vibrant, thriving destination.

However, due to the increasingly challenging funding landscape across both public and private sectors, our financial position has become unsustainable. This decision has not been taken lightly, and we’re incredibly proud of what’s been achieved together. Our sincere thanks go to all partners, funders, and supporters whose commitment has brought such meaningful change to Bognor Regis.

While this marks the end of our Board, the spirit of partnership will continue. We encourage local stakeholders to keep the conversation going and champion Bognor Regis as a town poised for the future.
